Five For Friday

 Happy Friday!

Time for Five this Friday and it was definitely more of a spring like week here so my five are all related to the beautiful blues and yellows that shout Spring is in the Air!

What can be more glorious for spring than to behold a host of daffodils?  Wordsworth was right!  I saw these out on my walk, nodding in the sun.

So it was high time to put something more spring like on my chalkboards.

This first one is a small child's board on a shelf,

and this is my bigger wall mounted board,

Under that chalkboard I put together this spring arrangement and made a new blue gingham homespun dress for a prim doll I made years ago.  She is holding two little spring chicks!

The forsythia made from tissue paper tutorial from last year can be found HERE

Beside the doll is one of my favourite baskets in blue with homespun eggs in it.

On another cubby shelf I placed my blue hen pinkeep.

And lastly here are my new papier mache eggs all the way from Michigan where my niece now lives and these were a gift from her.

So that's my Five and hope you enjoyed!

Wishing everyone a happy weekend!
