Bright day for a spring walk

Hi folks hope you can join me for a spring walk in the green fields near home. I know many of you are still snowed under and cold but maybe this can help you imagine the brightness and coming warmth of spring. The  sky is so blue and fresh looking and the fields are sprucing up for new lush grass for the dairy herds which will be freed from the barns soon.

The road winds on past a very sweet little old Irish farmstead.
This is a peek through the garden gate - see the snowdrops?

The whitewashed walls and bright red doors and pillar tops are very traditional to this part of Ireland.

This is the wee cottage beside the red roofed shed.

Now I have tried to get a pic of our kind of robin redbreast but they are shy and fly off too quickly.
So here's one from google. they are so tiny but so cute!

Well thanks again for coming along - hope you had fun!

Best wishes

  12. I've been thinking of you :) My nephew and his family are moving from Romania to Ireland. They've lived in Romania for about 3 years now, and are looking forward to this next phase of their life. My daughter definitely wants to find a way to visit them there :)
    Hope all is well.
    Blessings,
    Marcia
